2.NATURAL INGREDIENTS:
Sprouted black chickpeas, Finger millet/ragi, Sprouted green gram , Sprouted horse gram, Sprouted black urad dal, Sprouted Pearl millet, Sprouted soy beans, Sprouted wheat, Foxtail millet/thinai, White sorghum, Red sorghum, Sabudana, Red rice, Black rice, Maize, Barley, Bengal gram, Peanuts, Cashew, almonds, Cardamom, dry ginger & is free from additives, artificial colors, flavors, adulterants, and preservatives.

3.BENEFITS:

4.HOW TO USE?
Mix 2 tbsp of Health mix in 30 ml of water without lumps.
Add 150ml of water/milk to the above mixture.
Stir continuously and cook for 4 to 5 mins on low flame.
Cool down and serve the healthy porridge.
Can be added with chapatis, dosa batter, Desserts, Cookies, etc…
Note: Add salt/palm jaggery, Ghee, if required.
