At HEALTHI FOOD, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Since we are a small MSME company focusing on product quality and timely delivery, our return and refund policies are limited and strictly governed by the conditions mentioned below.
1. Definition of Return
A Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer on the HEALTHI FOOD website.
A customer may request a replacement only if:
• A wrong product was delivered (different from the product mentioned in the invoice)
• The product is damaged during delivery
In such cases, we will replace the product with the correct one.
This condition is valid only when the product received differs from the invoice details.
2. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must raise a return or refund request within 2 days of delivery of the product.
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
3. Authenticity & Adulteration Guarantee
If a customer proves that the product is adulterated or unauthentic, through a valid scientific test report issued by an FSSAI/NABL authorized laboratory, we provide a 100% money-back guarantee.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, replaced or refunded.
We strongly advise customers to carefully review the product listing before placing an order.
If a customer orders the wrong product, HEALTHI FOOD will not be responsible for changing, replacing or refunding the order.
However, in exceptional cases, if the management approves cancellation of an unshipped order, the customer will receive a coupon of equivalent value, valid for one month.
No monetary refund will be provided.
5. Buyer Generated Mistakes
HEALTHI FOOD does not provide return, replacement or refund for buyer-generated mistakes.
Examples include:
• Ordering the wrong product
• Prepaid order placed by mistake
• False claims about product defects
• Any incorrect order placed by the customer
The company’s decision in such cases will be final and non-negotiable.
6. Refund Rules
If a wrong product has been shipped from our side, the customer must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer must ship the wrong or defective product back to our warehouse address.
Once we receive the product and complete the quality verification process, we will:
• Ship the replacement product, or
• Initiate a refund
For approved refunds, the refundable amount will be credited to the original source account within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the banking system. If there is any delay, customers must follow up with their bank.
Refunds will only be processed to the same account used for the payment.
HEALTHI FOOD shall not be liable to pay any interest for delays caused by banking systems.
7. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
All returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Have original packaging and tags intact
• Not be broken or tampered with
8. Product Defect Complaints
Complaints regarding product defects will be reviewed between 11:00 AM and 12:00 Noon only.
Customers must provide:
• Invoice copy
• Images of the defective product
The company reserves the right to determine whether the product is actually defective and whether it qualifies for return, replacement or refund.
The company’s decision will be final and non-negotiable.
If a buyer repeatedly follows up after the final decision, the company reserves the right to block the buyer from further communication.
9. Product Image Disclaimer
Images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only.
Actual products may slightly differ in color, size, or packaging.
10. Buyer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the following details are accurate and complete when placing an order:
• Shipping address
• PIN code
• Email ID
• Mobile number
HEALTHI FOOD will not be responsible for refund or replacement if incorrect details are provided.
Customers must also:
• Provide a working mobile number
• Answer delivery calls from courier partners
• Check and respond to email/SMS/WhatsApp communications
• Track the shipment online
11. Consignee Self-Collection
Prepaid Orders
If the consignee chooses self-collection, they must collect the order personally.
If the shipment gets returned due to non-collection, no refund or replacement will be provided.
COD Orders
If a COD order is marked for self-collection but not collected, the consignee must pay both forward and return courier charges.
12. International Shipping
Custom clearance is the customer’s responsibility if the shipment gets held in the destination country.
Customers must ensure that the product is permitted for import in their country before placing an order.
HEALTHI FOOD will not provide refunds or replacements if:
• The shipment is stopped by customs
• The product is restricted in the destination country
• The shipment is returned due to local regulations
Any custom duties, taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
